What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 201

Welcome if you are visiting here via Stamping Ground Blogspot
If you wish to find out more about WOYWW hosted by Julia x
please check them out and join in the fun.

I have had one of my Butterfly mind weeks, flitting from one thing to the next. A little quilling which I find very relaxing and do enjoy now and again. Some card making handmade and a few Digital pages.
I have nearly finished my altered box,  recycling an old one. Painted with gold acrylic paint, then decorated with some wonderful elements from Artful Times and Leaky Shed plus some beads, key and punched butterflies etc from my crafty stash.Think I will add a few more bits yet as I want the lid to brim with lots of Interest, maybe some sparkly gems, more beads etc...
I also made some card charms and a little clip on charm for a challenge
at Artful Times hosted by Von and Neet x
created by coiling wire etc, you can read more about these here

I am really Happy as I was asked to become a Moderator at Daisytrail. it is a voluntary role and I get to join a wonderful team of people and help out with different things. We also cleaned out the entire garage and recycled everything we no longer required.
Have a Great week
Heather x

Quilling is too fiddly for our paws so we do admire your skill. Lots of lovely makes on your desk this week.

Waving hi from the bears, thanks for your earlier visit. :)

I hope my card is liked by them ...Emma loves all that is Japanese so the theme I have used is origami....so yes it will come from the heart. Thanks for droping by my place. xx

How can your Rob claim part of your craft area, get it reclaimed quickly! Naughty man.
Love the look of your altered box - those flowers and the butterfly look fabulous. Can't say any more about the charms as I already commented and I think you are so clever to do wire so neatly.

Haven't been on daisytrail for ages - in fact haven't done an awful with CA2 since I got it although I did print out some graphics last night. Good luck withthe moderating I'm sure you'll be great! I can honestly say quilling is not something I have ever been tempted to do, but the sample is lovely. Can't wait to see it all put together. Maybe next week?

:)
